If Luka was conscious, she probably would've made a note to herself that would read, "Make sure Fuon Sage is destroyed." But seeing as the mentioned had essentially destroyed Luka, that was nigh impossible. The summary of the situation is this:
Luka called Sho a bootleg Vocaloid (as he is an UTAU), Sho told Sage, Sage got mad.
And, from Luka's perspective, Luka was either more delicate than she thought, or Sage was stronger than she looked.
Either way, if Len hadn't found her she would still be on the ground outside, instead of being shipped back to the labs to be fixed.
